Calibration Engineer (H/F)

Your missions Calibrate and validate powertrain or e-Drive control systems, focusing on drivability, efficiency, and reliability. Fine-tune parameters and ensure optimal system performance under various operating conditions. Define and conduct test plans for calibration and validation activities (e.g., test bench, chassis dynamometer, vehicle). Perform objective and subjective drivability assessments using data acquisition systems. Manage calibration datasets for assigned software modules. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical challenges. Support the implementation of new control strategies and provide technical feedback to development teams. Interact and exchange experiences with teammates and service providers at various locations.

Your profile Experience in powertrain calibration or controls engineering (1-3 years). Strong background in automotive systems or e-Drive systems: electric motor fundamentals, power electronics, sensor integration and calibration, motor control algorithms, thermal management. Experience with calibration tools and data acquisition systems (e.g., Vector CANape, ETAS INCA). Academic background: Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering or related field. English fluent. French or dutch are a big plus. You demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to articulate and report results comprehensively.
