Manufacturing Industrialization Engineer (VIE) (H/F)

What you will do? As a Manufacturing Industrialization Engineer (VIE), you will play a key role in supporting and improving manufacturing processes while progressively taking ownership of projects end-to-end. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, and maintenance), supporting ongoing initiatives while also leading smaller projects independently. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting ongoing industrialization projects, contributing to process and equipment implementation Leading small projects or workstreams autonomously, from definition to execution Contributing to the improvement of existing processes, focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, cost, and performance Participating in the development of solutions in automation, manual assembly, plastic injection, and robotics Supporting testing, validation, and documentation of processes and equipment to ensure operational excellence

What about you? Academic background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar) First experience or strong interest in manufacturing, industrialization, or process engineering Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them forward Structured and organized, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong asset in an international environment
