Serial Supplier Quality Engineer (H/F)

Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals who are committed to excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers' components and processes, directly contributing to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our customers. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, such as manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, to manage non-conformities, implement containment actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll specifically take care of non-conformity management and supplier quality improvement initiatives, but also support inspections and oversee top issues dashboards. We’ll look to you for: Managing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), ensuring prompt communication with suppliers, and implementing securitization measures Setting up and driving action plans to achieve NCR targets Invoicing the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ S1) to suppliers Handling supplier waiver requests and ensuring effective containment actions Organizing retrofits and quality wall processes when necessary Collaborating with suppliers to enforce corrective and preventive action plans Conducting supplier visits, monitoring improvement roadmaps, and ensuring control plan sustainability Overseeing inspections for low-critical parts and contributing to Return of Experience (REX) analysis Preparing and monitoring supplier quality reviews to address top issues
