PROJECT MANAGER (H/F)

In this role, you will actively contribute to the delivery of IT & Engineering projects while developing your expertise in project and contract management. You will work alongside a Delivery Manager and client stakeholders, progressively taking on more responsibility in managing projects with contractual commitments. Poste et missions : - Support the end-to-end delivery of IT & Engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and the challenges of SII in Belgium. - Contribute with enforcing the contract, including financial tracking, milestones, and compliance with commitments - Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate activities, monitor progress, and ensure quality of deliverables - Prepare and support governance activities (progress reviews, steering committees, reporting) - Participate in risk identification and issue resolution, escalating when needed - Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and satisfaction - Share knowledge, document lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field - 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Lead with exposure to client contracts - Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, PMP etc.) - Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in dynamic environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and business stakeholders - Eagerness to grow in project management within a client-facing context - Fluent in English; proficiency in French is required.
