Description de la mission

Job Description: A VIE for a Technical Office Engineer has arisen within Airbus Helicopters Italia in Trento. You will join the Technical Office Department for a contract duration of twelve (12) months. You will be part of a meticulous team dedicated to ensuring the airworthiness and safety of our fleet. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between technical regulations and real-world maintenance operations in a proactive industrial environment. Tasks & accountabilities Your main tasks will include: Work Package Preparation: Create detailed Work Packages based on customer Work Orders (CAMO/owner) for aircraft, engines, and components. Technical Documentation & Templates: Prepare and update activity templates (e.g., batteries, CVFDR, avionic checks) and manage the tasks database in accordance with Type Certificate Holders and Aviation Authorities' instructions. Audit & Technical Support: Assist the Technical Office Supervisor during audits (internal/external) and root cause analyses, while providing technical assistance to international customers and the parent company. Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure maintenance is delivered on time, within cost, and at the highest quality standards.

Profil recherché

Required skills Education: Educated to degree level (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably with an Aeronautical specialization. IT Tools: Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of Visual Basic for Excel (VBA) is highly preferred. Soft Skills: High level of precision and attention to detail , excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills , and a strong predisposition to learning and listening. Language Skills: Advanced level of English (written and spoken). An Intermediate level (B1) of Italian is preferred.
