Supplier Management & Purchasing Specialist (H/F)

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Supplier Management & Purchasing Specialist to support activities related to mass production, supplier coordination, and preparation for Start of Production (SOP). The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic industrial environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Supplier management — Manage current suppliers during mass production and in the pre‑SOP phase, including daily commercial follow‑up, issue coordination, and risk escalation. Project support — Contribute to SOP preparation and ramp‑up readiness activities. Contract administration — Track and manage agreements such as General Purchasing Agreements and NDAs. Documentation control — Ensure completeness and accuracy of supplier documentation. Market benchmarking — Analyze the European supplier market to identify new potential partners. RFQ support — Assist in the Request for Quotation process with selected suppliers. Quotation analysis — Collect, compare, and analyze supplier quotations. Cost negotiations — Support commercial and cost negotiations under guidance. Cost optimization — Identify and investigate cost‑saving opportunities in mass production. Reporting — Prepare structured analyses and summaries for internal reporting.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing/Procurement, or a related technical/business discipline. Experience 1–2 years in a manufacturing or purchasing environment Experience in the automotive industry is an asset Languages English: required Czech, Turkish, French, or Japanese are considered a plus Business travel: Yes — short trips (2–3 days) IT Skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
