About Us InnoIT Consulting is a boutique consulting firm specializing in Data, AI, and IT projects, supporting large corporations and scale-ups in their digital transformation journeys. In a context of strong growth, we are strengthening our HR & Talent team. Main Responsibilities • Support consultants throughout their professional journey at InnoIT Consulting. • Map and maintain an overview of the company’s talent landscape. • Conduct qualitative follow-ups to anticipate risks and identify development needs. • Generate KPIs related to consultant satisfaction and turnover. • Contribute to talent engagement and retention initiatives. • Assist with onboarding and integration processes, career path technical training, and internal communities. • Monitor consultant satisfaction, performance, and professional development needs. • Coordinate with recruitment, business, and management teams to ensure alignment. Profile Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Talent Assistant, HR Assistant, Talent Management, or People Operations). • Technological knowledge and/or a strong interest in the tech industry. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Comfortable using AI tools in daily work. • Proactive, people-oriented, and solution-driven mindset. • Professional level of Spanish and English. Preferred Profile • Master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources. • Initial HR experience (internship or apprenticeship) in the IT sector. • Good knowledge of a BI tool. • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactivity. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. • Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level required). Profil recherché
