As a Business Manager, you will have full responsibility for creating, developing and managing your business portfolio. You will be in charge of your clients and consultants:
• Research, prospection of new customers, definition of their needs
• Development of existing customers
• Work closely with the Talent Management Team to recruit the best consultants on the market
• Management of the pricing strategy of your Business Unit through high-level negotiations
• Fully responsible of the life cycle management of the customers relationships
• Participation in the negotiation, or renegotiation of the customers’ contracts
• Answers of RFP and RFQ
• Follow-up of the consultants
• Management of the consultants.
Your Profile :
You are graduated from a Business School or University
You have a first successful experience in consulting
You are fluent in English and Dutch is a plus
You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in Business development
You are proactive, strong-willed, dynamic, and results-driven
Your communication skills, fun attitude, and results-oriented way of working are important assets to succeed in the mission
