As part of our expansion in the United Kingdom, we are seeking a Business Developer on a VIE program based in Manchester; dual citizenship is preferred. Your Responsibilities Reporting to the sales team and supported locally by our UK sales representative, your primary mission will be business development through prospecting, with a focus primarily on the north of England. In this role, you will be responsible for: •    Identifying and developing new accounts through active prospecting (100% outbound)  •  Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities by working closely with your clients’ R&D and Procurement departments •    Promoting our solutions primarily in the Nutrition & Health market  •    Contributing subsequently to the development of the Confectionery / Chocolate market  •    Building and managing a sustainable client portfolio  •    Working in collaboration with local teams to accelerate business development

You have a true sales hunter’s spirit and a passion for business development, with a particular interest in specialty products •    You are dynamic, self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven •    You enjoy building relationships, persuading others, and developing new markets • No experience required: we are primarily looking for personality, energy, and potential •    An interest in the food, nutrition, or ingredients sectors is a plus •    Bilingual English is essential
