FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (M,W,D) (H/F)

As a subsidiary of Sogecap (Société Générale Insurance), we contribute to financial performance management by delivering high-quality reporting, analysis, and supporting strategic planning, while continuously improving our processes and participating in key finance projects. Contribute to the monthly and yearly closing in co-operation with the various stakeholders (Accounting, Actuarial department, Operations) • Preparation of the monthly Management Reporting (Production Reporting, Premium Reporting, Profit & Loss per product), analysis and presentation of the financial and operational Key Performance Indicators, analysis of actual vs. planned data • Support in the optimization of the existing Management Reporting structures, process documentation and development of process improvement strategies • Support in the Budgeting and Forecasting processes, rolling Forecast and Landing • Support in the new product implementation (business plan preparation, definition of Accounting schemes and Cash Flow process) • Contribution to implementation of various current projects in the Finance department (e.g Accounting automation, KPI optimization) • Preparation of Ad hoc analysis as well as presentations for the Management and Business Partner • Preparation of the monthly invoices for our partners • Support the accounting activities: processing of supplier invoices, bank account reconciliations, cash flow follow-up

• Master Studies in Financials and Accounting • Good communication and presentation skills, team orientation • Good organization, careful working style and motivation to learn • Strong analytical and numeric skills • Very good knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel und Power Point • Fluent in English language skills, French and German appreciated
