Java Developer (H/F)

Your role is to develop software applications according to the business needs being involved in all phases of SDLC based on the Agile (Scrum) framework. Key responsibilities: • Plan, develop and implement projects or features of large-scale projects, as part of the development team • Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems • Assisting in Production issues • Share knowledge about your area of expertise, best practices and provide functional support What we are looking for: Experience: • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Java technologies, with expertise in Backend design & development Backend: • Java Standard Edition (version 11 or newer) • Spring Boot • Relational database: Oracle DB / PostgreSQL or similar • Web services: REST API, SOAP API • OOP, Design patterns, SOLID, DDD • GIT, Maven, CI/CD pipeline Others: • Quality gate: SonarQube • Tools: Postman, SoapUI, Bruno • Linux: Basic knowledge Although not required, would be considered a plus if you have knowledge about: • Event-driven architecture • Hexagonal architecture • Microservices architecture • Async programming with MQ • Spring Batch • Kafka • Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud native concepts • NoSQL database: MongoDB or similar • UML We are also interested in: • Language skills: • French – Basic conversational skills & good understanding of text/documentation • English – Able to communicate effectively in conversations and understand technical documentation • Attention to details, analytical skills • Good communication skills • Team player mentality: ability and willingness to collaborate and support in a global team • Self-driven, suggests ideas, has initiative • Ability to work autonomously

Nous recherchons un Développeur Java Backend avec au moins 4 ans d’expérience dans le développement d’applications enterprise, impliqué dans toutes les phases du SDLC au sein d’un environnement Agile/Scrum. Le profil idéal possède une solide expérience en Java 11+, Spring Boot et dans le développement de services REST/SOAP, ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise des bases de données relationnelles telles qu’Oracle ou PostgreSQL. Le candidat devra être capable de concevoir et développer des applications backend performantes et évolutives, en appliquant les principes OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns et DDD. Une expérience avec Git, Maven et les pipelines CI/CD est également attendue. Le poste implique aussi la participation à la résolution des incidents de production, l’amélioration des performances des systèmes et le partage des bonnes pratiques techniques au sein de l’équipe. Une expérience avec des architectures modernes (microservices, event-driven, architecture hexagonale) ainsi qu’avec des technologies telles que Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB ou la programmation asynchrone avec MQ sera considérée comme un plus.
