Business Development and Marketing Assistant (H/F)

• Business Development : o Identification of new prospects (architects, designers, hospitality) o Participation in client meetings and collection presentations o Management of existing accounts and updating of CRM o Contribution to the monitoring of ongoing projects • Marketing & Communication : o Participation in organizing professional events (launches, trade shows, showroom presentations) o Implementation of local marketing actions o Contribution to the promotion of collections • Operational Support : o Coordination with teams based in France o Tracking of samples and commercial tools o Preparation of reports and market analysis o Competitive intelligence o Showroom support

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (business school/textile or equivalent) • First experience (internship or work-study) in sales, marketing, or premium/luxury environments • Interest in the decoration, textile, or design sector • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy • Fluent English is essential (English proficiency will be tested by the US Consulate in France for candidate validation) • High attention to detail • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) • Analytical and synthesis skills • Ability to work in an international environment • Client relations experience
