Export control (H/F)

Your main tasks will include: • Help the definition and implementation of the internal compliance program and Technology Control Plans • Work on all export control matters handled by the department, as a support for the Spanish team members, including SP, EU and US export regulations. • Support license/agreements management This role will involve around 2 travels for business per quarter in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

• Business acumen and ethical behavior in a heavily regulated business environment; • University educated; • Communication skills; sound business judgment; ability to appropriately involve others in consultations and decisions; • Excellent writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures, reports and memorandums; • Good degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust; • Languages: Commercially fluent in English and Spanish
