PRODUCT OWNER (H/F)

Role Overview Responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the platform, acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, end users, and the technical delivery teams, ensuring that the product strategy is aligned with business goals and that delivery teams have clear, actionable requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Vision • Fully understand the product vision communicated by the business, ensuring delivery teams’ alignment with business objectives. • Translate business goals into a clear product roadmap with measurable outcomes. 2. Backlog Ownership • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency and clarity. • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog items with clear business value. • Ensure the backlog reflects both functional and technical needs (e.g., improvements, bugs, tech debt). 3. Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders (business, operations, IT, partners). • Gather feedback and ensure expectations are aligned with the delivery team’s capacity. • Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and release plans. 4. Delivery Collaboration • Work closely with other POs, Developers, Architects, and QA teams. • Participate in Agile ceremonies: planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives. • Validate increments and approve deliverables against acceptance criteria. 5. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement • Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics. • Initiate improvements based on data, feedback, and market/industry trends. • Ensure regulatory, security, and architecture guidelines are followed. Agile Delivery Skills • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience in backlog management, user stories, acceptance testing, and iterative delivery. Soft Skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. • Ability to make decisions quickly and own product outcomes.
