UK Ops Manager (H/F)

Your role will be hybrid and highly transversal, covering: Onboarding: supporting the successful launch and deployment of new merchants and projects, Account Management: helping manage and grow strategic relationships with partners and restaurant groups, Projects & Operations: driving operational improvements and supporting cross-functional initiatives. You will initially focus on PDQ & DCC operations in the UK, working closely with our Sales, Partnerships, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and strong performance. This role is designed to provide significant exposure to: operational excellence, project management, customer & partner relationships, and the scaling challenges of a fast-growing international tech company. We are looking for someone proactive, analytical, hands-on and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. We believe this experience will offer a strong learning curve and meaningful responsibilities from day one.

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable profile with a strong interest in Operations, Project Management and Customer-facing environments within a fast-growing tech company. Preferred background: Business School / Engineering School / University Master’s degree Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in: Operations Consulting Project Management Customer Success / Account Management Strategy & Operations Hospitality tech / fintech / SaaS environments is a plus Key skills & qualities: Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and operational rigor Interest in payments, operations, and customer experience Fluent English required (French is a plus) We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow quickly, and take ownership from day one in an international environment.
