CAMCO, our subsidiary operating Riyadh Metro Lines 1 and 2, is seeking to recruit a VIE to support the Internalization Manager responsible for bringing in‑house the maintenance of all transit system assets (Rolling Stock, Depot Workshop Equipment, Infrastructure Maintenance Vehicles, Signalling, Communications, Platform Screen Doors, and Rail Electrification).
MISSIONS
Under the supervision of the Internalization Manager, the VIE Procurement Support Engineer will support Procurement preparation and activities related to the internalization activities in our CAMCO’s subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the identification and preliminary qualification of potential vendors.
Contribute to the development and updating of the vendor database (technical data, certifications, lead times).
Assist in analysing material needs using a risk‑based approach, including obsolescence tracking.
Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery.
Support logistics teams in preparing and verifying customs and import‑related documentation.
Update procurement trackers and tools (ERP/CMMS/Excel) with delivery and status information.
Participate in coordination meetings with Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics teams to consolidate procurement needs.
Prepare basic procurement reports, dashboards, and documentation to support process improvement.

Profil recherché
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Master’s degree or Engineering degree in one of the following fields :
Master or Engineering degrees
Risk based approach
Supply Chain and Sourcing
Knowledge or internship experience in:
Railway or industrial projects (metro, tram, regional rail, rolling stock, infrastructure)
Procurement / Supply Chain / Sourcing activities within industrial, OEM, or operations & maintenance environments
Experience may come from:
Academic projects (thesis, research work)
Internships or apprenticeships
Junior roles in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, or project coordination
SKILLS
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills applied to supplier evaluation and sourcing activities
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in an international and multicultural environment
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple procurement tasks within project timelines
Awareness of in‑house vs. outsourced operating principles and their impact on procurement
LANGUAGES
Fluent English mandatory (working language) in writing, speaking, reading and listening
French fluent
Arabic is a plus
