PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT IN AUTOMOTIVE (H/F)

We aim to be a pioneer at a technological level with all things related to injection moulding, as well as multiple finishing techniques for all of our portfolio of products. We offer our customers a complete package, from project management to serial production, including the development of both product and injection moulding tools. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- You will be responsible for the following activities • Monitor production, resolve issues and take preventive actions. Follow the KPI’s and the actionplan. • Check the optimal deployment and use of employees, machines, raw materials, ... . • Participate in daily production meetings. • Be part of continuous improvement of the current and new production processes. • Together with the team you will make and follow the daily planning. • Give instructions about the performance and coordinate the related activities. • Contribute to safety on the work floor and take immediate actions. • Leading 8D and performance meeting • Actor of the work group for improvement (Kaisen-SMED) • Responsible for the respect of procedure • Key person for the customer satisfaction • Business unit philosophy OUR OFFER- We are offering you: • A varied and challenging role in an international innovative company • A mission where sense of performance and personal development are combined • Being part of a team who shares passion for automotive technology

YOUR PROFILE - This position requires the following skills and attributes:
• You have a Bachelor or Master’ s Degree
• Experience in similar position in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of IATF-audits, SMED, LEAN, 8D, Ishikawa,…
• Experience in injection moulding is a plus
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Fluent to read, write and speak in English
