MARKETING COORDINATOR IVECO PARTS (H/F)

Marketing Support • Supporting the digital campaigns, through content creation for 125 screens/kiosks or the different IVECO-platforms. • Responsible for the IVECO dealer intranet website Business Connection. • Creation and distribution of IVECO Parts newsletters. • Updating the IVECO Parts TOOLBOX to support dealers with local promotions. • Development of the “IVECO Family” concept (loyalty programs, challenges, mechanic/customer retention initiatives). • Liaising with external agencies to coordinate the different marketing projects at hand. • Regular brainstorming to develop creative Parts campaigns (promotions, demo events, etc.). • Collaboration with European colleagues to share and adopt IVECO Parts best practices. 2. Customer Service Events & Sales Events • End-to-end organization of the Customer Service Event held twice a year. • Support in the organization of other Parts related sales events. 3. Sales Support • Analysis, setup, and follow up of promotion performance. • Support in product group analysis and definition of marketing and sales actions. • Updating the IVECO Parts & Service Manual (IPSM) sales tool. • Creation and rollout of new sales tools to support dealers. • Providing required data to the central marketing and sales teams. 4. Marketing & Sales Administration • Support for dealer marketing and sales requests and projects. • Management of price discount requests from IVECO dealers.

Level of studies: Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent by experience Fluency French and English. Dutch is a plus Good knowledge of MsOffice: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Communicative, strong organizational skills, flexible and pro-active
