FP&A Specialist
Reporting to the Global FP&A Manager, the candidate will support the finance team in delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting and operational support. This internship offers hands on exposure to finance in a global environment, giving you the opportunity to work with a cross functional team, learn industry standard tools, develop business partnering skills and to understand how data drives strategic decisions across markets and brands.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
1. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting with a strong focus on brand and country performance
2. Supports the development of strategic business plans, annual budget, budget reviews and interim forecasts in line with Group FP&A guidelines and timing.
3. Support Finance and Marketing to gather and consolidate information for innovation business case discussion
4. Partner with Finance and the Commercial director to analyze pricing model and help establish pricing corridors across countries and channel to sustain long-term profitable growth
5. Conduct research on global market trends, competitors, and financial benchmarks
Profil recherché
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or FP&A (planning/controlling)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. financial modelling, pivot tables); knowledge of financial tools is a plus
• High attention to detail, well-organized, and proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
