To support its growth in the North American region, ATEME is recruiting a: VIE – Technical Support & Streaming Lab Engineer Mission In this role, you will support day-to-day lab operations related to equipment management, system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and operational support. You will contribute directly to maintaining lab performance, supporting customer environments, and ensuring system reliability while collaborating closely with engineering, support, and pre-sales teams. You will also participate in the preparation, monitoring, and operational support of premium live streaming events for major customers and partners in the media and entertainment industry. Main Responsibilities Technical Support • Provide office-based technical support • Track and follow up on customer incidents from submission through resolution • Replicate, analyze, and manage lab tests to reproduce reported issues • Validate patches, software updates, and hot fixes • Manage and follow up on RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes • Provide internal technical support to pre-sales and system engineering teams • Perform hands-on lab activities, including moving and lifting technical equipment Project & System Engineering • Support system integration and end-to-end testing • Manage interoperability testing across platforms and environments • Configure project and system settings • Contribute to system documentation and technical reporting Live Events Operations • Support premium live streaming events and mission-critical customer operations • Participate in after-hours operations and live event support approximately 2–3 times per month depending on event schedules and operational needs Administration & Documentation • Manage the CRM (JIRA) database for incident tracking and knowledge base updates • Create and maintain technical documentation and product notes • Assist in migrating and maintaining customer system configurations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lab and support processes Profile • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • First experience in technical support, lab engineering, systems integration, or a similar technical environment is appreciated • Basic understanding of IP networking, Linux/Unix environments, and system troubleshooting • Interest in video streaming, broadcast technologies, cloud environments, or live media operations • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM platforms such as JIRA is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working hands-on with technical equipment and hardware Location Englewood, Colorado, USA Equal Employment Opportunity Ateme and all its subsidiaries are committed to equal employment opportunities.
