Civil Engineering Site Supervision (H/F)

HM.Clause has started to update a key site specializing in seed production. For this multi-year project, we are looking for a V.I.E. to oversee the entire construction process, from the land preparation up to the integration of all machinery and their commissioning in the new building. You will be based in Malaga and will work closely with teams on site and will be the local contact for the technical partners. You will be supported and guided by the Engineering team based mainly in France. You will meet with them in France for one month before moving in Spain, in November. Then weekly reports will allow you to be guided in your integration and progression on site. Responsibilities • Participate in the end of the design phase: review of plans, coordination with design offices • Contribute to consultations: drafting specifications, analyzing bids, participating in the selection of service providers. • Coordinating and monitoring project implementation • Participating in site meetings and liaising between the various parties involved. • Supervising quality control, deadline compliance and cost monitoring with regular reporting. Duration: 24 months (12 months then 12 months)

Required profile • Degree in civil engineering, specializing in new construction (civil engineering) or equivalent. • Fluency in French and Spanish (English is a plus). • Good organizational, communication, and analytical skills. • Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit. • Initial experience in project management with site supervision is appreciated. • International experience is a plus.
