You will play a key role in the success of the SII project in Portugal, combining business development, recruitment, and follow up activites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on two main areas: • Business: manage a client portfolio to maximize growth and profitability. (prospecting, client meetings, opportunity qualification, responses to RFPs, contract negotiation, key account management) • Recruitment and follow up : contribute to the recruitment plan, participate in candidate selection and interviews.
