Aerospace System Engineer (H/F)

System Design & Architecture: Develop and optimize system architectures for space applications, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements. Requirements Management: Define, analyze, and validate system requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to align technical specifications with project goals. Integration & Testing: Oversee the integration of subsystems, coordinate testing activities, and troubleshoot technical challenges to ensure seamless functionality. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with hardware, software, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet performance, safety, and reliability standards. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including system specifications, test reports, and compliance evidence for internal and external reviews.

Key Skills & Qualifications Education: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: Proven experience as a Systems Engineer in the aerospace/space sector, with expertise in: System design and architecture. Requirements management (e.g., DOORS, Jama, or similar tools). System integration and verification processes. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ECSS, MIL-STD) and tools for modeling/simulation (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, SysML). Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English and Germany (Minimum B2)
