Description de la mission
The primary purpose of this role is to support the e-commerce platform, work hand in hand with markets teams and agriculture dealers to generate online sales on the e-commerce platform. The Go-To market specialist provides digital marketing insights and recommendations for improvement of content delivery via e-Commerce platforms to increase end customer usage, dealership engagement and conversions. This position will focus on the collaboration with markets teams and dealers and coaching strategic development, implementation, tracking and optimization of eCommerce. Performance measured by online/offline transactions derived from ecommerce platforms, overall web traffic, online satisfaction rankings, customer registrations, conversion rate, splash page traffic and dealer led promo performance.

Responsibilities include:
Support the management of the Dealer Network to drive business results
Actively manage the incoming dealer setup applications and assure they are effectively making their way through the acquisition pipeline to onboarding
Facilitate the training of dealers on the platform and facilitate order flow with the dealer
Work with the markets and dealers to understand their needs and provide timely responses to their requests
Engage with other teams across the Org to ensure e-commerce integration and open communication
Engage with market teams to support building and implementing the sales and marketing plan for e-commerce
Manage promotion and creativity publication on the platform
Follow up customer enquiries with the dealer network through phone calls and collaborate with the markets sales team to optimize sales conversion
Instill a high level of confidence in the dealer for the Ecommerce platform and overall dealer and customer experience
Support e-commerce team members attending occasional dealer meeting visits, fairs and dealer events
Actively drive the commercial success of the e-commerce platform providing feedback and input
Support the e-commerce digital marketing team in the development of digital assets for dealers
• Experience working on an online sales platform back-office like SAP Commerce or Magento
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with executive level stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience managing and deploying projects with commercial return that included the coordination of a team.
• Professional, energetic and composed demeanor. Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple complex projects and timelines and work under pressure.
• Track record of delivering results and ability to demonstrate measurable results to business and customer KPIs
