Description de la mission

The company Optimetriks is a profitable, growing French technology company founded in 2015. We publish FieldPro: a SaaS field execution and distribution management platform used by 200+ clients and 10,000+ field agents every month across 30+ countries. FieldPro digitizes commercial and logistics operations for field teams — sales reps, supervisors, technicians, delivery drivers — in FMCG, agriculture, financial services, and telecom. The platform is offline-first, a critical requirement in emerging markets where connectivity is intermittent. Optimetriks operates internationally with offices in France (Paris HQ), Senegal (Dakar), Kenya (Nairobi), Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), as well as Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, and Mexico. Our team is multicultural and spread across four continents. Website: fieldproapp.com Mission context FieldPro is Optimetriks' flagship mobile application. Historically Android-only, it is now a 25+ module monorepo built on Clean Architecture, used daily by thousands of field agents.
