Business & Systems Analyst (H/F)

About the role We’re looking for a Business & Systems Analyst to help us improve the way we work through better systems, smarter processes, and practical technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into digital improvements and is excited by automation, systems integration, and the growing use of AI in the workplace. • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and better user experience. • Gather requirements and translate them into practical system, workflow, and solution designs. • Support the development and rollout of digital tools using platforms such as Microsoft 365, low-code/no-code solutions, APIs, and automation tools. • Contribute to system integrations, data consistency, testing, documentation, and user adoption. • Explore and apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight, and the overall employee and client experience. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and business-aligned solutions. Why join us? You’re curious, analytical, and confident working across both business and technology topics. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams adopt better ways of working. • Experience or strong interest in business analysis, systems, digital transformation, or process improvement. • Ability to gather requirements, think critically, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Comfort using business systems and digital tools; exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, low-code/no-code tools, APIs, or automation is a plus. • Interest in how AI can be used responsibly to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and support innovation. • Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and a proactive mindset. • Junior candidates with the right mindset are welcome.
