Description de la mission

As a VIE Solution Architect within the Solution team in Latin America, based in Santiago, Chile, you will support the expansion of Vusion in a key strategic growth region. You will contribute to customer-facing technical engagements, strengthen pre-sales and solution design capabilities, support complex retail deployments, and help develop a scalable ecosystem of local reseller partners. You will make a positive impact through the following responsibilities: Customer Engagement and Communication • Understand customers' business priorities, success criteria, and technical environments, and provide guidance on how the VusionGroup portfolio can address their challenges. • Use customer context, product expertise, and technical and market knowledge to build trusted relationships with customers and local partners. • Act as the voice of the customer by sharing structured feedback with sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams. Architecture, Design and Deployment • Lead or contribute to architectural design sessions to define implementation plans aligned with customer business goals and technical environments. • Support technical proposals, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects, helping prepare robust solutions for deployment to large accounts. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer objectives and VusionGroup architecture standards. Technical Leadership and Partner Enablement • Support the introduction of new technologies and services aligned with customer needs and regional market requirements. • Support onboarding and enablement of local reseller partners, providing technical guidance, best practices, and solution knowledge. • Prepare clear technical documentation, recommendations, and presentations for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Driving Customer Success • Contribute to customer engagements that support repeatable achievement of revenue, project conversion, deployment, and adoption objectives. • Help identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities throughout the customer journey and partner ecosystem. • Collaborate with sales, project, product, partner, and delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and solution quality.

Profil recherché

• Eligibility for the VIE program, including compliance with Business France requirements and the applicable Chilean immigration/work authorization process. • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. • Master's degree or final-year engineering degree from a French or European university or engineering school, ideally in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business/Technology Management, or a related technical field. • First experience gained in France, Europe or LATAM through an internship, apprenticeship, junior role, or academic project in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, consulting, SaaS implementation, project delivery, or a similar customer-facing technical environment. • Experience or strong interest in retail, IoT, SaaS, data, or digital transformation solutions, ideally with exposure to Latin American retail or technology environments. • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliver tasks or projects on time. • Good understanding of SaaS solutions, cloud-based architectures, and enterprise IT environments. • Customer-centric mindset: every recommendation should help improve customer outcomes and experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to structure ideas clearly in discussions and presentations. • Ability to work with stakeholders across operational, functional, and technical disciplines in an international, cross-functional, and virtual team environment. • Adaptability and willingness to travel within Chile, across Latin America, and internationally based on business needs and customer engagements.
