Customer Technical Support Engineer (H/F)

As a V.I.E – Customer Technical Support engineer your mission will be based in Italy and supervised by Operation Director. You will contribute to the global enhancement of our RTU (Ready to Use) product offering, and in particular to the redesigning of the packaging for RTU vials, and continuous improvement project related to production. You will acquire technical knowledge of tubbing glass production, washing and sterilization process.

• Education & Experience: • Master’s degree or equivalent in material, chemistry or packaging • Previous experience or internships in packaging or pharma preferred • Skills: • Fluent in Italian, and English; French is a plus • Proficiency in quality tools • Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills • Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
