Description de la mission

Mission Support the LFDE-LBP AM DACH sales teams in commercial development and operational coordination. The VIE will assist in client servicing, CRM updates, event logistics, and sales reporting. The VIE will interact with a wider team of Sales & Admin Supports based in Paris, Milan and Madrid and in due course Brussels. The role represents a prime opportunity to work in the asset management industry in a commercially-oriented role and gain exposure to both listed and private assets sales processes. Objective Contribute to LBP AM Group growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland across both LFDE and LBP AM’s investment platforms and across listed and private assets. Responsibilities • Assist the sales teams in preparing client presentations and sales pitches and support the organisation of roadshows and investor events • Help maintain CRM records and follow up on sales actions • Conduct market research and assist in prospecting • Coordinate with LFDE and LBP AM Paris HQ on marketing and reporting deliverables and collaborate with marketing and client service teams • Provide administrative support to the Frankfurt office Background By 2030, LBP AM Group (70bnEUR of AUM as at 31/03/2026) aims to reach 10-15bnEUR of AuM outside of France by deepening its footprint in core European markets - Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Benelux - and accelerating growth through its strengths in high conviction active strategies, European Private Markets and innovative solutions. This ambition will be delivered through our local sales teams, disciplined go to market execution and effective cross group synergies.

Profil recherché

• Graduate from a business school or university with a focus on finance • Fluent in German, English • Initial experience in finance or asset management • Strong organisational and communication skills – excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask • Interest in asset management and client-facing roles
