Projects Engineer (H/F)

The site of San Luis Potosi based in Mexico belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Projects Engineer for 12 months within the team. Your challenges? You manage all motor insurance quotation requests from receipt to completion. You prepare and issue vehicle insurance quotations in line with internal procedures and client requirements. You develop expertise in the end-to-end quotation process through structured training and practical application. You support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project-related activities. You update performance dashboards and ensure the accuracy of key business indicators. You contribute to reporting activities by tracking progress, preparing status updates, and supporting operational reviews.

Let’s talk about you… You are graduated from an Engineering degree, a Master's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field. You already have experience in project coordination, continuous improvement, industrial operations, performance monitoring, or business analysis through internships, apprenticeships, or a first professional experience. You have a fluent level of English; Spanish would be a strong advantage. You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and data visualization software; knowledge of project planning and monitoring tools is a plus. You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking. You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have a strong sense of diplomacy. Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle insurance processes is a plus.
