Business Analyst (Semicon Industry) (H/F)

This role focuses on transforming manufacturing and operational data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify reporting needs, and design data-driven solutions that improve operational performance. Acting as a bridge between business teams and technical experts, you will help define, validate, and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytical products. The position combines business analysis, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement within a highly technical manufacturing environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced international setting. Gather and translate business requirements into reporting, dashboard, and data product solutions that support operational excellence. Design and validate reporting concepts through prototypes, user feedback sessions, testing activities, and documentation. Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to users while ensuring successful adoption of analytics solutions. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable data and reporting initiatives.

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence. Experience with SQL, relational databases, Power BI, Power Query, or similar data visualization and analytics tools. Understanding of manufacturing or process-driven environments, including production workflows and operational data structures. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously.
