Actuary Non life (M/W) (H/F)

Societe générale Insurance in Italy , based in Milan, is looking for a VIE to support the Actuarial non Life team ( local and International) Main Responsibilities : To be support for the Actuarial team Dept. ( local and Internaltional, with a focus on Motor Fleet portfolios. 1. Technical Reserving 2. Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis 3. Market Intelligence 4. Budget Trajectory Modelling – P&C What We Expect : • Contribute to the technical management and steering of the products within the assigned perimeter, in compliance with internal standards and company strategy. • Support the development of business activities. • Ensure adherence to procedures, respect of deadlines and compliance with the company’s code of conduct. • Proactively develop one’s technical and professional skills

Profile : • Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics or Econometrics. • 1-2 years of experience in non-life actuarial roles Core Technical Skills • Strong command of technical and financial indicators supporting business steering. • knowledge and interest of P&C products (technical, actuarial and regulatory dimensions), with understanding of local GAAP and IFRS 17 requirements. • understanding of insurance accounting and multi-GAAP income statement aggregates. • Bases of regulatory and tax frameworks applicable to P&C insurance. • mastery of deterministic and stochastic reserving techniques. • Good command of actuarial tools and IT systems: ResQ, SAS, and standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
