Finance management controller (H/F)

The site of Meslin-L'Eveque in Belgium is focused on Lighting special products. Our department is looking for a VIE Finance management controller for 12 months. Valeo site on tour video here! Your challenges? You contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning activities You analyze monthly financial results and explain variances compared with budgets and previous periods You consolidate financial performance reports and monitor key business performance indicators You review requests for quotation business cases and assess their financial profitability You monitor project investments and follow up on investment authorization requests You ensure accurate tracking and reporting of profitability for projects under development You control research and development expenses and monitor development efficiency You support process improvement through ad hoc financial analyses and digital tools, including Visual Basic for Applications, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and artificial intelligence solutions

Let’s talk about you… You are graduated from a Master of Business school or University with a major in Finance, Audit or Management Control Finance / Management Degree You already have experience in Finance, 1/2 years would be a plus You have a fluent level of French and English You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy Knowledge of SAP is a plus Please, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.
