Manufacturing Engineer (H/F)

The Manufacturing Engineer role may focus on Process, Production, or Technology. Key responsibilities include developing and improving manufacturing processes, implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, establishing standards and training plans, supporting shop-floor operations, solving complex production and quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with engineering teams to support new product introduction and developing innovative manufacturing technologies from concept through industrial implementation. Support in set up and production ramp up of the new installed Hardfacing welding robot, including programming. Contribute in cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects, with a focus on product rationalization activities and lead time reduction.

Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering with a focus on machining and welding processes. Quick learner with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
