Data & AI Analyst (Procurement & Operations) (H/F)

The Data & AI Analyst will contribute to the organization in several ways. Mainly, by creating detailed and accurate reports to support business decision-making, tracking and analyzing KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting. As a Data & AI Analyst, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), developing training content, and supporting project management. Your expertise in Power BI dashboards will be crucial in visualizing data effectively and providing insights to our team. These dashboards will consolidate data from various sources and systems, optimizing ways to improve the collection and analytic process, and because of such cleansing, present data in a way that allows the purchasing team, the Plants and the Business units, areas of opportunity or ways to improve sourcing. This individual will be exposed to SAP ERP systems.

Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or related field 2 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or advanced reporting roles. Fluent in English o Spanish is a plus o Ability to adjust to new conditions and changes quickly and efficiently. o Capacity to recover quickly from difficulties and maintain performance under pressure. o Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. o Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. o Advanced proficiency in: ▪ Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn or similar) ▪ SQL/Microsoft Access (complex joins, performance optimization, data cleaning) ▪ Power BI (modeling, DAX, dashboard design) ▪ Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas)
