FP&A Analyst (H/F)

The Illertissen facility will continue its legacy of innovation in food and health ingredients, drive new advancements and deliver high-quality products to meet evolving consumer demand and contribute to LDC's sector growth strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance taskforce in Illertissen, reporting to our Global FP&A Food & Feed Solutions manager. This role will be key in bridging Group requirements to local capabilities, with the aim of enhancing our Food and Health Ingredient financial organization by assessing, analyzing, understanding, explaining, and forecasting business performance. As a pivot between Global and local, this role will also serve projects, answer local Management questions, at the boundaries of Finance, Strategy & Planning. The role involves supporting the local Finance team in various transversal topics, the local Management and operations in adhoc analysis and coordination with various teams in Germany and in regional headquarters This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic and motivating environment. The individual will interact daily with various teams at different levels of seniority. This role is unique as it sits at the intersection of global and local finance as well as local Management, offering direct exposure to senior stakeholders across regions and functions. The successful candidate will contribute to further developing understanding of this newly integrated business.

Education : • Top-class business or engineering school graduate • Master's degree in Finance • Strong appetite for financial analysis and corporate finance topics • Proficiency with excel modeling, power query and power BI, and powerpoint Experience : • Internships in corporate finance (audit, transaction services, financial department of a big Corporate) • Previous experience in an international and dynamic environment is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects from end to end. Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills ● Strong appetite for financial analysis and corporate finance topics ● Proficiency with excel modeling, PowerPoint, Power Bi. Knowledge of Python is a plus. ● Ability to quickly master Finance IT tools (Onestream, SAP…) ● Valid driving licence Soft skills : ● We would like someone willing to learn and grow in a passionate and varied environment ● We want someone autonomous, able to take initiatives.
