Description de la mission

Within the Finance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial data. You will help your team members in analysing, consolidating and automating different processes of the Finance department. You will also provide support in month-end closing activities, including generating financial statements and management reports: Process Handling and Automation: Process invoice booking and work on the reconciliation process. Contribute to the automation of these tasks where feasible. Financial Closing Support: Assist accountants in preparing financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Update/create management reports on a daily/monthly basis. Budget Cycle and Planning Support: Support the annual budget cycle, including forecasts and mid-term planning. Master Data Management: Implement structural changes in master data (e.g., creating Business Units). IT Finance Transformation: Support IT Finance transformation initiatives. Operational Support: Support the Local Finance Director and CFO in any tasks deemed relevant within the finance division. Profil recherché

You have a Master's degree in Financial Engineering. You have accounting skills: good knowledge of accounting rules and IFRS application. Ability to interpret financial statements. IT skills: proficiency with Microsoft Office, VBA Programming and SQL, affinity with IT. You are fluent in English. You have an highly analytical and structured approach, strong reasoning abilities. You are self-motivated and able to troubleshoot and work independently with minimum supervision. Positivity and “can do” attitude and capacity to well communicate effectively. Flexibility and capacity to deliver under short deadlines. This position is only open to candidates eligible for the Business France V.I.E program
