Supports purchasing and supply chain activities across the product lifecycle, contributing to effective sourcing execution and alignment with quality, cost, and timing objectives. • Support purchasing activities for new and current development programs, including quality improvement, technical changes, cost tracking, and product updates.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of sourcing and tooling plans, ensuring alignment with project targets for quality, timing, and cost.
• Support supplier selection activities, including cost collection, tooling follow-up, and documentation.
• Coordinate and support prototype ordering processes to meet program timelines.
• Assist in negotiation activities and support the implementation of Co-Design/Development agreements for purchased components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Central Purchasing) to ensure sourcing readiness and supplier performance.
• Support insourcing/outsourcing evaluations through data collection and coordination of supply chain inputs.
• Contribute to budget tracking and ensure purchasing activities remain aligned with approved cost targets.
Profil recherché
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
• Basic negotiation principles
• Data analysis (Excel or similar tools)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (P&L, NPV, etc.)
• Basic cost analysis and modeling
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications (basic level)
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and contractual aspects
• Good knowledge of the English language
Degree in Engineering or Economics.
Experience
Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or similar roles within relevant industries is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
