Description de la mission

As part of the CNH Purchasing organization and reporting to the functional leader, Capacity Management Specialist is in charge to manage strategic suppliers’ capacity and procurement process to avoid supply disruptions and to secure the feasibility of CNH production plans. Supplier Capacity Management Specialist has the following responsibilities:  Manage the supplier’s capacity, mainly for key suppliers, mapping the supplier capacity configuration as well as the value stream  Based on the monthly S&OP review, catch preventively and proactively supplier capacity roadblocks not allowing to achieve production and sales target.  Organize and make follow up on Suppliers’ Surveys, for all activities that requires this approach (Production Plans validation, Supplier Value Stream mapping, Market trend analysis, etc...)  Monitor suppliers’ delivery performance and in cooperation with Manufacturing department promote backlog recovery action plans aimed to improve suppliers’ performance  Support the supply escalation process to address critical suppliers representing potential structural issues.  For new products, support Product Development in timely detection of capacity bottleneck which might affect ramp up phase and define actions required to solve them  Promote and take active part to process improvement and tools development initiatives aimed to empower capacity management area

Profil recherché

 Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning logic and systems, preferably more than 3 years work experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain or similar area, with specific focus on production planning and material management.  Proficiency creating Excel spreadsheets, Power Point and use of basic Office software  High analytical and problem-solving skills required, ability to anticipate and prevent risks, ability to manage high amount of data  Ability to communicate clearly, concisely – both oral and written – at all levels within CNHi and suppliers’ organization, in a multinational environment  Available to travel and stay abroad countries when it is required and for temporary periods  Self-starter with high energy, proactive teamwork attitude and positive approach  Oriented to achieve important results and objectives under pressure  Fluent English
