Description de la mission

Finance - Reconciling bank accounts with internal financial records to ensure accuracy, prevent errors and support financial integrity. - Provide support to the Finance Administrator as needed - Group financial reporting and imputing data into the different databases and platforms. - Supporting the completion of compliance related reporting as part of the Risk Framework - Creating financial statements for the upcoming audit - Supporting with management of audit queries for upcoming audit - Creating the work in process (WIP) files for purpose of reporting to Head Quarters in Paris Operations - Support and contribute to cross-functional process improvement and optimisation projects under the guidance of senior stakeholders - Respond to employee queries regarding office management issues and provide administrative support. - Assist in the development and maintenance of process management frameworks (e.g. KPIs, documentation standards, governance approaches) - Support the analysis and modeling of business processes to identify weaknesses and improvement potential - Support the analysis and documentation of regulatory requirements for cross-functional or department -specific processes - Assist in the coordination of process and governance topics with internal stakeholders and the group under supervision - Ad hoc administrative tasks within the department

Profil recherché

Education & Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in a Business or Finance related discipline - Experience in an accounts administration role is preferrable - Strong interest in process management, governance, and regulatory topics is desirable - Some knowledge and experience of project management methods is an advantage - Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex interdependencies - Some experience of project or analytical work, ideally in Commercial Real Estate, Financial Services or another regulated environment if preferable - Excellent Microsoft office skills - Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills Skills - Strong team player with the ability to work in cross-functional projects - Structured, reliable, and independent working style - Openness, flexibility and willingness to support both professional and administrative tasks
