YOU ROLE Japan’s contract logistics operations present significant opportunities for operational improvement, requiring talent who can combine data analysis, on‑site operational understanding, and a global mindset. The VIE program enables CEVA to develop future operations leaders rather than filling short‑term operational gaps: Data analysis of warehouse KPIs (productivity, quality, safety, cost) Planning and execution support for Lean/Continuous Improvement Promoting improvement actions in collaboration with on-site supervisors & teams Operation design support for new customers and new start-ups

ABOUT YOU Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related field Analytical and data-driven mindset Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive and eager to learn Fluent in English
