Description of the mission:
We are looking for a Junior Oncology Product Manager with digital marketing experience to join our Nordic team. This role is critical for our regional operations, as the successful candidate will be one of only three marketers covering the Nordics. Given our lean team structure, this position is vital to ensure business continuity and drive our digital strategy forward. Specifically, this role will supplement our sales force’s efforts within GI Cancer, making high-impact digital engagement essential to maintain our market presence. Based in Sweden or Denmark and reporting to the Nordic Business Unit Lead.
Tasks and Duties
1. Digital Marketing & GI Cancer Strategy
• Lead Digital Engagement: Act as the digital lead for the GI Cancer portfolio, designing and implementing automated campaigns and social media strategies to reach customers where physical sales coverage is reduced.
• Digital Transformation: Drive the digital strategy forward across the Nordic oncology franchise, identifying new digital requirements and aligning them with business goals. Optimize digital communication channels and customer journeys to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for healthcare professionals.
2. Strategic & Operational Marketing
• Prepare and execute strategic and operational plans across the Nordic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland).
• Develop and implement promotional materials and digital assets in close collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Medical Affairs.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and the ROI of digital initiatives, providing regular insights to the Nordic Business Unit Lead.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate actively with the network of KAMs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access teams to ensure a unified regional approach.
Profil recherché
• Academic Background: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Veterinary Medicine, ideally with a specialization in Marketing.
• Expertise:
- Digital Expertise: Proven experience or strong expertise in digital marketing
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a high-impact, lean team.
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
