Leading French independent pharmaceutical Company, specialised in ethical medicinal products. 92% of Servier’s sales are achieved internationally, with several subsidiary companies abroad. We are looking for a VIE to support the Marketing Department in our Swiss subsidiary in Geneva. Description of the mission The V.I.E Business Excellence Officer contributes to strengthening the operational performance and digital capabilities of the organization. This role offers a strong learning environment with exposure to digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with and under the guidance of the Business Excellence Manager, the role combines data analysis, digital tool utilization, and business enabling to support omnichannel and Business Excellence initiatives. The position offers exposure to how digital tools, data, and processes interact within a broader business ecosystem, with a strong focus on translating insights into practical actions and business impact. Working closely with the Business Excellence Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, the role aims to: • Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture by providing actionable insights. • Support the implementation of digital and omnichannel strategies to improve customer engagement (HCPs & HCOs). • Enhance the adoption and effective use of digital tools by business teams. • Ensure reliable performance tracking through dashboards and analytics. • Operate in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal (governance) standards. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Performance • Create, maintain, and update automated dashboards in PowerBI to track commercial, medical, etc and marketing KPIs. • Monitor and analyze performance indicators and omnichannel usage metrics. • Provide actionable insights to support business decisions. • Support the preparation of reports and analysis for management. • Support data quality, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and tools • Contribute to performance tracking and support business review processes Digital Strategy & Omnichannel Transformation • Contributes to the design and deployment of the local digital and omnichannel strategy. • Support the optimization of customer journeys across all touchpoints. • Coordinate and execute digital campaigns (e.g. email campaigns) in collaboration with marketing teams. • Identify trends and opportunities to enhance omnichannel effectiveness and engagement. Process Optimization & Tool Adoption • Support the implementation and optimization of digital tools (CRM, marketing automation, CLM). Support the adoption of tools by enabling teams (training, guidance, and follow- up on usage) • Ensure proper adoption of tools by the teams, in alignment with business needs. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to digital and commercial activities. • Monitor tool usage and contribute to improving adoption and effectiveness Develop an understanding of how different tools (CRM, BI, marketing automation) interact within the ecosystem Solution Implementation & Innovation • Participate in the deployment of digital solutions (Salesforce/Veeva, GetResponse, MyServier, CLM tools). • Assist in the integration of data and AI-driven tools into business processes. • Support testing, rollout, and user feedback collection to ensure effective implementation.

Profil recherché

We are looking for the following technical & personal skills: Educational & Professional Background  Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or Digital Marketing.  First experience (internship or junior role) in data analysis, digital, or business excellence is an asset. Hard Skills  Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools.  Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva or similar).  Understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).  Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (GetResponse or similar).  Interest in or knowledge of AI applications in business.  Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus  Exposure to cloud or data platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform) is a plus Soft Skills  Analytical and structured mindset.  Strong data-driven and digital orientation.  Proactivity and willingness to learn.  Good communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.  Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset.  Results-oriented approach with attention to detail. Educational background: Diploma Grand Ecole (Bac+5) or Diploma engineer (Bac+5) Master en Business Analytics / Data Specialization: • Business Analytics • Data Analytics Field of study: Life Sciences / Engeneering / Data Languages: Fluency in English & French Experience required: First experience (internship or junior role) in data analysis, digital, or business excellence is an asset.
