Groupe Atlantic Romania was established in 2023, with its factory located in Ariceștii Rahtivani, Prahova. The site manufactures electric water heaters and hot water cylinders for residential use under several trusted Groupe Atlantic brands. Our journey is just beginning — with around 100 employees today and a target of more than 200 by 2027, we are growing fast.
YOUR ROLE
As part of the installation and start-up of a new production line dedicated to electrical storage water heaters, you will join the Industrial Department as a Mechanical Engineer (V.I.E) and contribute to various industrialization projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design and implement modifications to existing industrial equipment to improve processes while ensuring compliance with safety and ergonomic standards
- Support production and process teams in daily continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in solution definition, then design and implement technical improvements
- Define technical specifications for new equipment
- Follow up with equipment manufacturers and suppliers during development and implementation
- Contribute actively to the ramp-up of new production lines
Profil recherché
PROFILE
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering or General Engineering School
- Strong interest in mechanics and industrial technologies
- Initial experience in a mass production industrial environment (internship or apprenticeship included)
- Creative, curious, and capable of developing complex technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Fluent in English (daily working language)
- Field-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Mechanical engineering knowledge: design and drawing according to mechanical standards
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and machine directives
- General knowledge of industrial safety requirements
- Solid knowledge of CAD tools — SolidWorks mandatory
- AutoCAD is a plus
