Description de la mission

What You’ll Do Develop, optimize, and maintain low-latency Rust trading infrastructure to ensure high throughput, reliability, and fault tolerance. Collaborate closely with quants and traders to translate complex trading signals into highly efficient, production-ready execution logic. Implement and manage robust connectivity to both Centralized Exchanges (via WebSockets/REST) and Decentralized Finance protocols. Design and build distributed systems capable of handling high-frequency state updates and market data feeds safely and reliably. Participate in rigorous code reviews, ensuring the highest standards of code safety, performance, and deterministic behavior in a live trading environment. What You’ll Need Strong hands-on experience with Rust (whether through professional experience, rigorous academic work, or significant open-source/personal projects) Deep core computer science fundamentals, particularly in data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. Solid understanding of systems programming concepts, including multithreading, lock-free data structures, and asynchronous programming (e.g., Tokio). A strong foundation in networking concepts (TCP/UDP, WebSockets) and an active interest in low-latency engineering techniques. An uncompromising approach to software reliability and testing—you understand the financial cost of a bug in an automated trading system. Curiosity about the Crypto/DeFi ecosystem; basic familiarity with how order books, AMMs, and smart contracts function is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast feedback-loop environment.
