Junior Legal Counsel (H/F)

Provide support to the Legal Department in the review and drafting of global contracts (procurement, CAPEX investments and energy) Support the standardization of legal frameworks and internal processes Contribute to the preparation of training sessions for business units Provide support on commercial and corporate-related matters Assist in the legal review of investment projects submitted to the Group's preliminary investment committee Draft legal documents, from notifications to legal letters in the context of contracts and pre-litigation matters Support the legal team in preparing quarterly and annual legal reports (external legal fees, litigation, legal budget, etc.) Monitor and update Legal Department members on relevant legislative and case law developments across Europe Support the Legal Department in the identification and follow-up of external legal counsels' work (complex matters and litigation) Bring new ideas in terms of digitalization and AI

Bachelor of Laws (LLB + Master 1 and Master 2 in Law). Candidates with equivalent qualifications from other European jurisdictions (including the UK or Switzerland) will also be considered. Bar admission is desirable but not required Entry-level experience in the legal negotiation of international commercial contracts (drafting and review), acquired in an international law firm or multinational company Theoretical and practical knowledge of international and commercial law Entry-level experience in pre-litigation and litigation/arbitration is desirable Proactive and committed Quick thinking and reactive Results-oriented with a practical, hands-on approach Ability to work with a degree of autonomy Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural business environment English: advanced professional level, both written and spoken. French is desirable but not required IT skills: Microsoft Office package
