V.I.E SALES SUPPORT - ASSET MANAGEMENT - MADRID HF (H/F)

Responsibilities: * Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on local market trends, competitor analysis, and identify potential investment opportunities. Assist in preparing market updates and presentations. * Client Relationship Management: Support the sales team in managing client relationships by preparing meeting materials, responding to client inquiries, and updating client databases. * Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. * Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and update sales databases, track sales activity, and generate reports on sales performance. * Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files. * Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of investment products, sales techniques, and financial markets. * Project Support: Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned by the sales team, which may include market analysis, product development support, or event planning.

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in finance and investment management. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. * Fluency in Spanish, English and French
