Description de la mission

With over 60 years of experience, Creditplus is a well-established player in the German consumer credit market. It offers flexible financing solutions distributed through its 20 branches, its digital platform, and a large network of commercial partners. The company is particularly renowned for its expertise in automotive and two-wheeler financing, a segment in which it is the market leader in Germany. JOB PURPOSE : The VIE will support the management of outsourcing activities within the entity, ensuring compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES : • Support that Outsourcing governance are applied throughout the entity • Support the management of outsourcing arrangements across the Outsourcing full lifecycle (from risk assessment and contracting to monitoring and exit of Outsourcing arrangements) • Contribute to the identification and monitoring of outsourcing risks, including critical services • Maintain and improve data quality and completeness in the outsourcing register and DORA information register • Support preparation of governance committees, reporting and audit documentation • Assist on reports on first level controls and follow-up actions • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (business lines, risk, compliance, procurement) • Monitor remediation activities • Contribute to regulatory topics such as outsourcing reporting and IMAS notifications

Profil recherché

EXPECTED PROFILE EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Risk, Data Management or related field KNOW-HOW (EXPERIENCE AND TEHNICAL SKILLS, LANGUAGES) • First professional experience in banking, consulting, risk or outsourcing-related roles • Good understanding of data structures and data handling • Strong interest in regulatory and governance topics • Fluent English (mandatory) • Basic German is sufficient (no fluency required) SOFT SKILLS • Strong analytical and structured thinking • High attention to detail and reliability (audit relevance) • Ability to work across teams and functions • Proactive mindset and ownership • Clear and professional communication skills
