Job Purpose
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients while ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. The role focuses on understanding client needs, maximising customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow business revenue through account development and retention.
The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact between SynapsCo and its clients, coordinating internal resources to meet client expectations, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that contractual and commercial objectives are achieved.
In addition, you may be responsible for new business management, recruitment and team management functions. This is a strategic role that requires excellent managerial skills, industry knowledge, and business acumen.
Account Management:
• Driving business growth with the implementation of SynapsCo’s solutions
• Retention of assigned portfolio and cross-sell SynapsCo solutions
• Negotiate contracts with the Client, prepare proposals/ reports, involved in tenders
• Enhance trustful relationships with SynapsCo’s clients
• Managing client relationships, understanding their specific needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery
• Establishing trustful relationships with local partners
• Issuing weekly KPI report to the Company related to the Accounts performances
• Work closely with the board (CEO, COO) and other management (directors, managers) and provide timely feedback on all assignments given by them.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance the company's brand and reputation
• Promote company’s reputation as “THE trustful partner to work with”
• Supervising the business operations for the 3 service lines of SynapsCo
• Ensuring the deployment of manpower resources and trainings to our Client
• Managing a team of professional consultants and support to ensure their professional growth and development
• Work hand in hand with Operations and Finance team to Manage client accounts Be the escalation point for any delayed invoicing, payments and other to ensure timely resolution both to the satisfaction of the client and SynapsCo
• In charge of administrative tasks related to the business
Management:
• Managing a team of Recruiters
• Setting KPIs that align with the group policy and monitoring of the performances of the recruitment team
• Providing guidance and training for each of the Senior Recruiters
• Inspiring the team by transmitting the values of the group: Trust, People, Technology
• Facilitate the communication between each of the Senior Recruiters so as ideas and innovation can be foster
Recruitment:
• Source and recruit the best talents in the Energy sector by using internal ATS, social media, job boards
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Negotiate with applicants their package expectation Vs. client’s requirements
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Participate actively in the continuous improvement cycle of the ATS and recruitment processes
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting innovation, efficiency, and effectiveness in all aspects of the company's operations.
• Issuing weekly KPI report to the Company related to the recruitment performances
Requirements and skills:
• Proven work experience in the Energy sector or in the manpower industry as a Recruiter or Business Development Manager
• Proven track record of sales performances
• Proven management and coordination of a team or individual(s).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Familiarity HR databases and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) would be a preferable but not mandatory
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business environments.
• Ability to work from home in full autonomy (with daily meetings with other team members)
• Appetite for working in a start-up environment
• Able to work under pressure and feels motivated by KPI set up by the Company
• BS in Engineering Degree or Business
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of the Middle East Energy business landscape preferred
Profil recherché
BSc Engineering preferably in the energy sector, 6-12 months working experience with one of the energy player or in an engineering environment, Client Relationship Management, strong understanding of energy markets, job roles, finance, reporting
