Description de la mission

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring that all externally sourced materials, components, and services meet the company’s quality, reliability, and performance standards. This role serves as the primary technical interface between the company and its suppliers, driving continuous improvement, resolving quality issues, and supporting supplier development initiatives. The SQE works cross functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to qualify new suppliers, manage ongoing supplier performance, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. • Qualify and approve new suppliers through audits and capability assessments. • Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed. • Lead root cause analysis and manage supplier-related nonconformances. • Review and validate supplier control plans, PPAPs, and process documentation. • Support continuous improvement and risk reduction initiatives at supplier sites. • Collaborate with internal teams on sourcing decisions and production support. • Maintain documentation, certifications, and compliance records.

Profil recherché

Specialization : Quality Systems, Quality Management, Automotive Quality Standards (IATF 16949), Internal & Supplier Auditing, Document Control, Process Mapping Level of education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field Technical skills : Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements Experience conducting internal audits and supplier audits Ability to develop and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and the Quality Manual Proficiency in creating process maps, flowcharts, and system documentation Solid understanding of document control and revision management Familiarity with corrective action tools (8D, root cause analysis, containment, verification) Strong analytical and organizational skills Spoken languages : English Soft skills : . - Attention to Detail - Analytical Thinking - Problem‑Solving - Communication Skills - Collaboration & Teamwork - Organizational Skills - Adaptability - Proactive Mindset - Integrity & Objectivity - Training & Coaching Ability
